fun.’s Nate Ruess Announces Debut Solo Album ‘Grand Romantic’


Jack Antonoffisn’t the onlyfun. member stepping out to pursue music under his own name. The band’s lead vocalistNate Ruesshas just announced he’ll be doing the same with his debut solo album,Grand Romantic.

The full-length will be anchored by Ruess’ recent single,“Nothing Without Love,”whichdoesn’t sound too far off from the singer’s discography with fun. That’s not a surprise, though, considering Ruess worked with longtime fun. collaboratorJeff Bhasker onGrand Romantic.

Bhasker split production duty withEmile Haynie, best known for his work with Kanye West, Lana Del Rey and Eminem.
